A possibility here is that older analog cameras, and maybe the never digital cameras as well, need to be adjusted for every use. If the camera mans eyes color things a bit different then the picture will be off a bit. This would explain the difference in colors.

Your TV could also not be adjusted quite right. My new 55 inch Samsung TV’s reds sometimes leans a bit toward blues, making purple. I never had it adjusted as the cost didn’t warrant the improvement, which is minor.

Hi Jessica, welcome! This home does have a touch of ranch style but I do not consider it a ranch home. And yes, it is very spendy, in the several million dollar range….not kidding! A beautiful home, indeed!!! 🙂

I just watched “The Novel Murders”. This is one of my favorite Hallmark Mystery shows (second only to Ro Teegarten); but this house captured my attention from the first show!! Is this considered a ranch style home? It is gorgeous, and I bet very pricey. Thank you so much for posting the photos of the house!

Thanks Sally!!! I was THRILLED when I found it, shortly after I wrote that piece on the antique store. I do love to cross locations off my list!!! These movies just keep getting better and better and I thought the movies that aired in August were all fantastic, especially Murder in D Minor. I really enjoyed that one the most out of the four but as I said, I thought they were all good, fresh, stories. Cannot wait to see what’s in store for us next year! 🙂

I’m so glad you were finally able to write about the Shannon house, Kerry! I remember you said in the comment section of your Country Lane Antiques article that this house was on your “still looking for” list. I do agree with you about the creativity that the creative team behind the Garage Sale Mystery series has incorporated into these four Garage Sale Mystery Month films! I don’t know if you saw Garage Sale Mysteries: Murder in D Minor, but that mystery was creative as well.
