Welcome Linda….glad you found me! I’m right there with ya because I love learning the behind the scenes info on locations. Always interesting! Although I do NOT know the whereabouts of the Shannon home at this time, it IS on my list of “still looking for” locations and I am confident I will find it at some point. And I totally agree with you……the home is gorgeous! It has certainly caught my eye and I look forward to seeing it someday. Once I do, I will feature it here on my blog. I’m so glad to have come upon this site! I love the Hallmark channel! And getting these tidbits is great! Thank you! I was wondering does anyone know where the house of character Jennifer Shannon in Garage Sale Mystery is located? I can’t seem to find any information or images? I really want a picture of the front because it’s gorgeous! I’m guessing the owner wants to keep it private? Thanks for any info.

Thanks so much Sally!!! The Shannon home is on my “still looking for” list. I would love to see it in person!!! Once I find it, there WILL be a post on it. The Andronicus house is really amazing….check out this link. It was used in an earlier Garage Sale movie called The Deadly Room. I recognized it right away. I wish I could check it out but it is not visible from the street and I am not expecting an invite…..LOL. I would love to do a story on the 50’s diner that Jennifer and the detective always meet in. In real life, it is located across the street from the antique store! Stay tuned as I search for Jennifer’s house! 🙂

Wonderful post, Kerry! I like how you create the perfect blend of showcasing a particular location and sharing the stories of those who associate with these locations! I’ve reviewed Garage Sale Mysteries: The Pandora’s Box Murders on my blog and I plan on reviewing the rest of the movies within Garage Sale Mystery Month. While watching Garage Sale Mysteries: The Pandora’s Box Murders, I wondered if the Andronicus or Shannon family home would be featured in a future post? Maybe the diner that Jennifer and Det. Lynwood visit could be “scene” in a restaurants from Hallmark movies post?

I am so glad you had mentioned this business to me back when I was in Vancouver. Loved seeing it and going inside. The wall of pics from celebrities was fun also. I love so many of the mystery series on Hallmark, and Garage Sale is certainly one of the tops. Such fun and lovable characters. Thanks!

What a fantastic feature, Kerry! I love knowing that the Rags to Riches store from “Garage Sale Mystery” is an actual Antique Store – that anyone can visit. It’s interesting to see the details and differences between the real store and the on-screen shots you included. That white wood work in the store is so beautiful and the lovely door – gives it such a unique touch!
