Bo, thank you so much for your comment. Yes, they used a different bakery after that first movie. It is located in Squamish BC. One day (if the border ever re-opens) I will make a weekend trip to see a bunch of sites from several movies that have filmed in the area. Been wanting to do this for awhile……and now 2020 has everything shut down, just as my schedule has started to clear. Glad you have enjoyed my blog. 🙂

I just read your blog and that was some fine work in finding that 1st cookie jar, but it looks like all the rest were done in multiple different locations even the city in the 5th one looks completely different with mountains in the background. I haven’t found your other blogs yet. This week is the first time I have seen all of these movies. I like the characters and your blog.

Thanks for your comment Tracy. Sometimes, the same house isn’t available, the cost to rent it is too much, or perhaps the home owners don’t want to rent it out again to a movie crew. 🙂

No, I will not make any corrections to my story because as I stated, ALL the information I reported is accurate. If you read what I wrote, in the first paragraph, I mention that this first installment in the series was shot at the Blacksmith, but ALL OTHER MOVIES IN THE SERIES were shot at another location. And if you look at the screenshots I posted, you can clearly see that they all match up with the photos I took at the Blacksmith. And if you are still unsure, I did confirm with the owner of the Blacksmith that filming of this movie took place there. The article on Squamish that you shared, clearly states the names of the movies in the series that have been shot in that town. It does not include the original movie, A Chocolate Chip Mystery, because that one was filmed at the Blacksmith in Fort Langley. 🙂

Your article about The Alison Sweeney Baked movies were not accurate as you mention that the bakery is in Fort Langley. It was not filmed there.
