Thank you Net! Yes, the people I’ve been meeting have been awesome! I love visiting locations but I SO enjoy meeting these gracious people and hearing their stories. I am so lucky to be able to see all of these places and I realize there ae so many people who cannot. I love being able to share my discoveries and experiences here with other Hallmark fans.

Yes, I did see a Jan Karon book at Book n Bean!!!

Furthermore, all the shop owners have been most kind to share all of their fun filming experiences with you! This looks like a cozy, welcoming shop – the perfect place to get a good book & chat with friends! For the Mitford movie, I thought it was an ideal little book shop. Did you happen to see any of Jan Karon’s books there?

All the actors were nice in the movie and the setting was beautiful, but… having read the book, it just wasn’t the At Home in Mitford story many of us readers had fallen in love with, which is unfortunate because many of us have been waiting years & years for the possibility of a movie.

I will look forward to catching the B&B book store in “Falling for Vermont” this weekend – and will think of you, Alana, and your special visit!
